As a child, Chef Luis learned the art of culinary perfection from his mother, who owned a restaurant back in Ecuador. Inspired by her love for food and the joy it brought to people’s lives, he decided to pursue a career in cooking. After honing his skills for many years in a local restaurant in Bellport NY, where his dishes gained a loyal following, he embarked on an exciting new journey.
